MOVE is a Volunteering and Employment Project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.
Sortified is one of 24 organisations across the whole of Lincolnshire who are working together to help people into work, training and volunteering.
While the project is there to support all eligible people, Sortified are focussing on supporting Carers who want to make the journey into, or back into work.
We offer one to one person centred support to help you find the right opportunities, develop skills and find the right solutions for you.
We understand that gaining employment can be hard, and a paid job may not be the right endpoint for everyone.
Sortified can help you to become job ready, find a volunteering role, look at being self employed, or gain a part-time or full-time role.
This free service includes:
Opportunities for training and qualifications
Job clubs and job search
CV writing and interview practice
Work experience and volunteering
One to one support, even after you’ve started work
Financial help is also available for respite care, or childcare, as well as travel expenses
The Greater Lincolnshire Move project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, and we always like to thank players of the National Lottery for making the funding of the project possible.
